Stage I fire restrictions will begin Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. for Bureau of Land Management, and all state-managed lands within Phillips County. County commissioners implemented Stage 1 restriction on all county and private lands on Aug. 1.
Under Stage I, the following acts are prohibited:
• Building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire or campfire, except within an established, metal, or concrete fire ring in a developed campsite or recreation area.
