Oxarart Honored by Phillips County 4-H, Retires after 31 years

After three decades of serving as ring man for the Phillips County Fair, Greg Oxarart is calling it quits. Well, actually...he is "retiring", after 31 years, to "allow younger ones a chance at it"
"It was very enjoyable...being able to help the kids," Oxarart said.
This year while helping his granddaughter, he saw the "other" side of matters, when he worked the inside of the barns.
"I realized where all the workers are. It's the people in the back there, under the shed, that keep the pigs coming out - that's the ones that are the workers are." He added, "they made it look easy!" He went o...
