One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, September 21, 2022

The leaves left on the trees are gradually turning golden. I guess I can’t hold it off anymore! The temperatures have been in the 70’s, which is nice, too.

Cindy Clark took in the volleyball games in Whitewater and Saco this week! She has taken a great liking to the game!

An eagle has been hanging around on one of the poles close to my home. I think it’s a young bald eagle or a young golden.

Lu Besel and I met in Malta on Friday for dinner at the Hitching Post! It was a Chinese meal. Delicious!

Several community people worked at the church fixing a few things like the siding that blew off, the places on the walls that got scratched, and a good cleaning. The cluster group will meet at Loring this week and it’s nice to have it even for ourselves!

Carol Lumsden and I had a good discussion about the lesson and how it applied to us.

There will not be a fall dance out here in Loring this year.
