NRCS to Host Soil Health Workshop

On Tuesday, November 15, Malta's USDA (NRCS) Office will be hosting a workshop called Financial Assistance Opportunities to Improve Soil Health at the Malta Readiness Center at 10 a.m.
The worlshop will be presented by Marni Thompson, NRCS State Soil Specialist of Great Falls.
Topics will include: Soil Health 101 and financial assistance for practice that include - disc drils, cropping rotations, cover crops & grazing infrastructure, and stripper headers.
