The Malta Junior High Wrestling Team traveled to Lewistown on Tuesday, November 15.
Seventeen wrestlers competed in the tournament. Most wrestlers had four people in their bracket, but there were a few with three and a couple of weights only had two wrestlers. The schools attending were Malta, Lewistown and two junior high schools from Billings, Lockwood and St. Francis.
Fifth and sixth graders competed in the B Pool. Colby Wright (65-66 lb) won his only match 13-0, taking 1st place. Braun Sims (76-83 lb) lost a match by pin and decision and won 2-0 in overtime. Braun took 3rd place. Becke...
