An ordinance establishing time limits for parking vehicles n City streets or city property and providing for penalties for Violation of such restrictions.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Malta as follows:

SECTION 1: No vehicle shall be parked or left standing upon a city street or on city property for a period longer than five (5) days. (61-8-356 M.A.C.)

SECTION 2: Any person or persons violating the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall be guilty, of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $300...
