YOUTH CHARGED
State prosecutors filed negligent homicide charges against 17-year-old Emmitt Boschee, as a result of the death of 16-year-old Logan Wilson, who was shot and killed while hunting north of Malta. The incident happened on Oct. 12, 2010, and had originally been ruled accidental by the State Division of Criminal Investigation. At the time of the death, the charged teenager was 14 years of age.
