One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for Wednesday, March 15, 2023

It is still staying cold and miserable and over the weekend we had one of the worst storms of the winter. It snowed and blew hard from the east and dumped about eight inches of snow on the two feet or so that was already there and after the winds arranged it in drifts where there had not been drifts it was a lot of snow to get moved. Then there is a large water break that is wasting a lot of water downtown and is flooding quite an area.

The community was saddened with the death of lifelong resident of north Dodson, Connie Hervol Wilkes on a visit to Canada to see a new great-grandson. Condolances are extended to all her extended family and many faithful friends. Look elsewhere in the paper for funeral notices.

Birthday greetings are sent to Sarese Pankratz and all others celebrating a birthday this week. Anniversary congratulations are sent to all having an anniversary-----have many more.
