One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, May 3, 2023

What a delight to listen to the Whitewater students at the spring concert on Tuesday! The elementary classes sang songs from Broadway and the older students performed their pieces from the district festival! Very fun to listen to!

Cindy Clark and I went over to the carnival in Whitewater on Thursday. I played Bingo and visited and had a good time! I won two times!

Mylee Clark, Samuel Simonson, and Gracie Wasson were the Loring kids in the track meet in Malta on Saturday. They all did great!

Kyle and Rhi Briggs from Billings were guests of Pete and Carol Lumsden over the weekend. They participated in the gopher hunt also.

The hillsides are greening up and lots of songbirds are back! Some snakes have been seen. Also, be sure to check for ticks when you’ve been outside on yourself and your pets!

It’s kind of late, but the snow is off my flower bed and I see some irises growing!

Justin Austin is in the north country farming and visiting his sisters and mother!

On Thursday Cindy Clark and I went to town for the PEO salad luncheon! It was delicious! I had a chance to see Paula Morrison who has just moved to Malta from out here.
