One Nation, Under God

Daring and Heroic Adventures Await Phillips County

The Malta community will be overtaken with swashbuckling action and adventure in this light-hearted and humorous performance that ventures away from the normal Shakespearean language, when the actors from Montana Shakespeare in the Parks bring the tale of The Three Musketeers to Trafton Park (N 2nd Ave. E Malta, MT) on Wednesday, June 28, at 6:30 p.m.

They will enthrall all generations of audience members as they get swept away to 17th-century France, following a young hero's journey as he embarks to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a Musketeer. Adapted by Robert Kauzlaric, this play is sure to delight audiences of all ages. This is the company's first year producing The Three Musketeers.

This summer, the company will perform in 63 communities across five states including Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming, making this summer MSIP's largest tour to date. Ushering Shakespeare's immortal stories of life, love, and tragedy into a modern era, MSIP is dedicated to preserving the cultural traditions of theatre and literature through live, free performances across the Rocky Mountain West every summer.

All performances are FREE and open to the public, so bring your crew, blankets, chairs, snacks, and beverages to take in this family-friendly good time! Seating is first come, first served.

Because of businesses like The Liquor Haven, First State Bank, Todd's Technology, and community members who continually sponsor our event, there is no entry fee to watch this talented group of performers here in Malta. There will be a free-will donation to offset costs for upcoming performances.

The Shrew Crew, (Anna LaBrie, Ashley Pankratz, and Jennifer Stzelczyk), appreciates those who donate money, food, and their time to bring these amazing actors year after year.
