PhillCo Economic Growth Council’s Community Fund Committee is pleased to announce they have finalized a funding package to assist Tony & Emily Simonsen in purchasing the old Hi-Line Retirement facility.
It will reopen as River’s Bend Assisted Living and will be their third Class A assisted living facility.
The Community Fund Committee, formed from Phillco members, assisted in the financing of this project.
With nearly 24 percent of the Phillips County population 65 years old or older, River’s Bend Assisted Living will provide much needed care to our seniors in Malta, Phillips County...
