PCSO, Glasgow Special Response Team, Respond To Dangerous Situation

On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, shortly before 8:00 P.M., the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suicidal male firing a weapon in his residence near the intersection of South 8th Street and Central Avenue in Malta, MT.

The reporting party also stated there was an adult female in the residence with the subject and that all known firearms had been removed from the residence prior to contacting law enforcement.

Sheriff’s Office personnel were called out to deal with the situation.
