Mavericks Defeat Lustre, To Host Double-Header Saturday

The North Country Mavericks won their only game last week as they defeated the Lustre Lady Lions 3-0 on Saturday, October 7, in Hinsdale.

The scores were 25-22, 25-10, and 25-13.

The Lady Mavericks were led by Teagan Erickson who led in nearly every statistical category. Erickson had 10 kills, six digs, four aces, and two blocks. Paige Wasson had six aces, seven kills, and five digs. Kennedy Simonson had 21 of 28 assists.

The Mavericks were scheduled to play the Harlem Lady Wildcats on Tuesday, October 10. Recap for that match will be in next week's PCN. The Mavericks are also scheduled to have a double header in Saco on October 14, as they face Culbertson at 1:30, and then MonDak at 5:30 p.m.
