The Phillips Conservation District is once again pleased to announce that they are taking applications for the 2023 Conservationist of the Year Award. This award recognizes an individual or business for outstanding contributions to the conservation of our district’s natural resources.
Nominations are accepted from any individual, organization, agency or conservation district. The recipient will be selected by the Phillips Conservation District Supervisors.
