New Opencut Mining Operation

As per the MT Department of Environmental Quality Opencut Division this notice is to inform the public of a proposed new sand and gravel mine. This site now known as

The L & T Anderson Pit

is located in Section(s) 26 & 35 T31N, R30E, Phillips County and includes 66 acres.

This site will be used for various area projects. Fisher Sand & Gravel Co. will be operating this site for the removal sand and gravel. A portable crushing spread will be moved on and off site as needed and may be operated 10 days on 4 days off 15 hours per day, however, if the projects require it...
