    The Montana University System has awarded the prestigious Montana University System Honor Scholarship to Malta Class of 2020 member Tyler Arnold. The MUS Honor Scholarship is a renewable scholarship offered by the Montana Board of Regents that waives undergraduate tuition for up to eight semesters at any campus of the Montana University System or Dawson, Flathead Valley or Miles community colleges.     14. The birds coming through my yard included a red-breasted nuthatch and a redpoll! Of course, the robins, gold finches, brown thrashers, flycatchers, and other little songbirds are plentiful!     What would Snakehead Gilbert have thought? The March 1959 issue of the PCN “electrified” the county when it reported that the last ranch was soon to be hooked into the new Big Flat REA line. The ranch they reported on was the old Long X Ranch. It would now have electricity furnishing heat, light, and refrigeration. Snakehead Gilbert was a cook at the old Long X Ranch 120 years ago.
