Loring News for week of May 7, 2014

Joy oh joy we have another boy in the Loring neighborhood! Congratulations to Whitney and Jay Blunt on the birth of Everett James on Thursday! Amus is excited to have a little brother!

Carol and Pete Lumsden traveled to Havre to meet their new grandson on Thursday and Friday. Ruth and John Flansaas also made the trip from Malta to visit their great grandson!

Carol Lumsden and Dixie Stordahl attended the benefit for Linda Berg on Sunday in Whitewater.

Dixie Stordahl stopped in to listen to the jam session at the VFW on Saturday. Neil Hamilton said there were over 100 musicians scheduled to play as a tribute to Lynn Cummings.

It is really foggy up in Loring this Monday morning. Rain is coming in 90 days! We had rain and snow on Sunday. It doesn’t take much to get the prairie greener.
