Linda Berg has had family from Canada. First were three nieces; Mandy and Carla Laternus of Medicine Hat, Alberta, and Stacey Laturnus from Fort Murray. It was a fun time.

A Cancer Benefit for Linda Berg was held in Whitewater in May. Surprise visitirs were Karla Lamb, niece from Billings, nephews Doug and Kelly Tribby from Great Falls and former classmate Maryanne Knoblauch from Shaunavan, Sask. Also at the benefit were Linda’s sister, Laura Kornfiled and family from Shaunavaun, Jane Cherpin and her husband, Hector, from Swift Current, Sask. Linda’s brother, Jack Laternus from Central Butte, Sask and Diane Diane Leibel from Malta.

The next weekend Linda’s nephew, Kevin Chirpin, wife Lindsey and children, Colter and Sherodan, came from Claydon, Sask. They planned to take Linda to Billings, but her appointments were postponed.

Linda want to say a big “thank you” to all who helped with the benefit and also helped her.

Keep Linda in your prayers.

Linda’s Sunday Surprise Dinner guests were nieces Lindell Cately from Edan, Sask., Chandi Kornfield from Red Deer, Alberta. How awesome was that?

Whitewater welcomes all visitors from Canada.
