Phillips County Extension Office celebrates 100 years

The local Phillips County Extension Office celebrated the 100 year of the organization on July 18, 2014 in the library basement.  About 35 people came down to enjoy looking at old photos and record books as well as enjoyed coffee, cake, and punch.  The Extension Office would like to thank Cheryl Voegel of Albertsons for the delicious cake, First State Bank for the plant, and Susie Oxarart for the decorative clock (come see the clock). The Extension Office is still dedicated to helping people improve their life through research based information and community service.  The Extension Office would like to thank everyone who has used our services and look forward to another 100 years.
