One Nation, Under God

Loring News for week of October 29, 2014

Last weekend Dixie Stordahl traveled to Billings with Anjelica FourStar and Chance Love.Anjelica had business with MSU-B. Chance visited his Grandma Alice and Grandpa Chuck McAdams. Dixie visited her sons David and Rodney and their families.

Gwen Henderson, of Chester, visited Barbara Cowan on Saturday. She was down to enjoy the Comedy Show and Jesica Henderson’s preshow!

Parent teachers conferences were on Thursday. Char Wasson, Carol Lumsden and Dixie Stordahl were busy at the school through the evening!

Saturday Dixie Stordahl went to the volleyball games in Malta! She also visited with her mother and stopped at Harold Schmoekel Birthday party at the VFW!

I was disappointed on Thursday that the solar eclipse was obliterated by cloud cover. Just one of the chances one takes, I guess! We did celebrate National Mole Day by telling mole jokes, eating carMOLES, baking a MOLEicious Chocolate cake, and having scoops with guacaMOLE! Mole day is a celebration of Avagadros number or 6.02 x 10 23, the number of atoms in a mole. It is a conversion factor..

Dave and Cindy Clark visited with Rebecca and Robert Engum in Great Falls over the weekend.

Remember to have a safe Halloween and to turn your clocks back next Sunday!
