The Deadline for Filing Objections in BASIN 40EJ - Missouri River Between Bullwhacker Creek and Musselshell River - Preliminary Decree has been Extended from JANUARY 20, 2015 to APRIL 20, 2015.

This is the Second and Final Extension which Applies to Everyone within the Basin.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR OPERATING ASSISTANCE

This is to notify all interested parties that PHILLIPS TRANSIT AUTHORITY is applying for $147,228 under the Montana Department of Transportation’s Operating Grant Program 5311. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public, elderly and persons with disabilities within Phillips County for the FY 2016.

The application is on file at 311 S. 8th. Ave. E., Malta, MT. If requested, a public hearing will be held and public notice indicating the location, date and time of the hearing will be provided.
