Saddle Club seeks public comment on barn at Trafton

Phillips County Saddle Club is seeking public comment on what we should do with the saddle club barn at Trafton. The barn is in need of some TLC. A new tin roof is needed because the shingles are getting really weathered, leaks are starting to show up and the snow load has caused the trusses to sag. The electrical all needs to be updated. The drainage around the barn creates a sheet of ice in the barn in the winter time. The toe of the flood dike is about four feet up on the back wall of the barn.
