HLRC Board votes yes on 5 year contract with Billings firm

Thursday July 9th in a special Hi Line Retirement Center Board meeting, a unanimous vote of "yes" was cast for entering into a five year contract with Health Management Systems. Health Management Systems is a Billings, Montana company that specializes in long term care management assistance. They provide their services to centers through out North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana, including Valley View in Glasgow. Karl Rude, VP of HMS stated "The residents must always come first and this is ultimately the reason for our success". They are now already working on multiple ways on improving efficiencies and offering training and encouragement for Hi Line's staff. More press releases will be given in the weeks to come.

We are aware that we can't expect to ask our community to come to Hi Line's rescue once again. So after months of prayer and intense discussions, we believe Health Management Systems allows the greatest opportunity for Hi Line's success.

Karl has been watching our fund raising and has been very impressed with the generosity of all that have supported Hi Line's fund raising efforts.
