Mavericks show strong defense but lose to Scobey

The North Country Mavericks picked up a close 47-43 win against the Nashua Porcupines last Thursday in Nashua, but fell 52-43 to the Scobey Spartans in Hinsdale last Saturday night.

In the team’s win against Nashua the team was led by Trace Simonson who had 18 points. Cache Younkin had 11 points, Wrangler Jones had eight points, Logan McColly and Channing Mavencamp both had three points apiece.
