The City of Malta will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 5:00 pm in the City Offices, 39 South 2nd Street East. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning the adoption of the amended Preliminary Engineering Report of the water system as completed by TD&H Engineering. The PER is the first step towards applying for grant and loans to fund the recommended improvements. An Environmental Review will also take place at this time.
