Mustangs 2016 run ends in Eureka

The Malta Mustangs' 2016 campaign came to a bitter end last Saturday, October 29, as the team fell 54-13 to the Lincoln County High Lions in Eureka.

Though the season didn't end as many had hoped, the team still had a strong outing ending the year with a 4-5 record after starting 0-2. The team was 3-1 in conference play. The team gave their all in their lone 2B loss to the Glasgow Scotties who won the game 34-33.
