Mavericks season comes to an end in Sidney

The North Country Mavericks 2016 campaign ended at the Eastern C Divisional last Friday, as the team fell to Jordan in the elimination round. The Mavericks also lost to Circle in the opening round of the tournament.

In the team’s loss to Circle, the scores were 25-12, 25-12 and 25-9.

North Country was led by Mickayla Johnson, who had five of nine team kills and the team’s lone block. Casity Boucher had all eight of North Country’s assists. Jada Sudbrack had two of four aces. Bailey Funk had 12 of 31 digs.

In their loss to Jordan, the sores were 25-10, 25-13 and 25-14.
