Looking for identification

My husband, William McGee, grew up in Malta 1926-1942, and I am writing his memoir of those years.

In 1932, during the Depression, he was "farmed out" to the Carl P. Holm ranch in Bennett Lake community. In the attached photo, left to right, are Carl P. Holm and Bill McGee (age 7). I would appreciate if one of your readers could identify the man on the right.

I'm also seeking a photo of the Great Northern Hotel in the 1920s or 1930s.
