Wink and Terri Cole spent Easter at Steve Cole’s in Malta. Then they went to Helena to visit grand daughter Megan Arview’s family who were there from Folson, Calif. to see her mother Mary. While in Helena they attended some soccer games in which grandchildren played.

Polly Solberg was in Havre for an eye check on her eye surgery.

Dora Henry’s grandson, Jim Lautenschlager, stopped on his way to North Dakota for his other grandmother’s funeral. He stopped again to visit on his way back to Great Falls.

Terri Cole reported little Peyton KillEagle seems to be doing well and may get to come home very soon.

Willard Mortenson is doing well with his new pacemaker and is visiting with his daughter’s family in Glasgow.

The sounds of the kids playing at the school and the appearance and sound of the birds make spring a little closer. Several people have planted their potatoes, etc.

Work has started again on the lots for the setting of Francine KillEagle’s house on the west side of town.

Some of the streets have been heaving and getting very rough from all the moisture in the ground.

A good crowd was at the Wathatau Center on Wednesday for lunch. It was good to see Bruce and Faye Lankford out again.

Herman Dolphay was not feeling well this week. We hope he is feeling better again.

Congratulations to all having birthdays or wedding anniversaries this week.

Nowhere can man find a quieter or more untroubled retreat than in his soul.
