One Nation, Under God

Loring News for May 10, 2017

We have had our hot day already! On Saturday the temps got up to 80! I bet the tracksters and branders are sporting a little sunburn now! If you haven’t taken the time to get out for a drive around the countryside it would be a good time to do so, all the hills are green and blooming with wildflowers!

I’m sitting in my classroom listening to my eggs cheeping.... Yes, I said eggs, they are not hatching yet, but should be by tomorrow and the little chicks inside are visiting already!

Only two more weeks until our school is out for the summer...so much to do in so little time!

Pete Lumsden’s sister Pat and her husband are here to visit for a few days. Also, Bob and Kathleen Lumsden drove up to spend some time with family.

Tom and I traveled to Billings on Wednesday and had a doctor appointment marathon and back home on Thursday. Of Course, got in a little grandkids time, too!

I watched a documentary called The Boys of ‘32. It was about the rowing team who took first in the Olympics in Germany that year. Against all odds, they brought home the gold! But there was a character in the story who left a mark on me. You readers out there, never feel that you are a throwaway person! Every single one of us has worth, we belong to a bigger family! You are not a throwaway!
