MALTA – Robert A. Smith, Sr., 71, a retired rancher, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the Phillips County Hospital in Malta of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Malta Cemetery, with a lunch reception on the terrace at the Stockman Bar following the service.
