Robby K. Frazier

Robby K. Frazier passed away on December 29, 2017, at his home in Parawon, Utah. He was born on July 6, 1954, in Wolf Point, Mont., to Milo and LaDonna Frazier. He attended kindergarten and grade school in Wolf Point, then junior high and high school in Malta, and college in Riverton, Wyo.

A resident of Parowan, Utah for many years, he was active and wore many hats throughout his work life until his health problems and open heart surgery slowed him down some.
