One Nation, Under God

Loring News for November 6, 2019

Let me just go on record right now, this changing time kicks my butt! I did remember to change my clocks, but my brain takes more time to change.

Many cattle trucks have been traveling on the highways this week as the ranchers wean the calves and send them on their way to “college” or to work!

Cindy Clark was an international traveler this week. She and her daughter Becca Engum of Great Falls spent a few days in Calgary. Cindy reported that they found several ethnic eating establishments to try out!

Nana and Papa Clark enjoyed the grandkids over the weekend. Cindy was seen at the Specialty Fair in Malta on Saturday with her littles! Ryan warned us at church about wasps, not to be afraid of them, just to step on them with our shoes on!

Congrats to Beau Simonson and the Mustangs on their win Saturday. Now on to the next round in Red Lodge! Also, the Lady Mavericks with Kia Wasson playing from this area won third place and will be playing at the next level in Sidney! Good luck to both teams!

The Anthony family stopped in to visit Dixie Stordahl on Sunday afternoon.

DollyAnn Willcutt and I worked at the Specialty Fair in Malta on Saturday representing the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum. Many people stopped by to visit or pick up some items for their family!

I also ran into an old friend, Maxine Koss, who has been living in Malta with Lee and Lee’s mom, Virginia Koss! It was great seeing her again.

Shout out to Betty Compton, Debbie Dyrdahl and Betty Munson! Don't be discouraged by the cloudy days because that means the sunshine will be even more welcome! I love this saying, without change there would be no butterflies! Have an awesome week!
