Phillips County Museum closed for Winter

Phillips County Museum is closed January-March. Museum will re-open on April 1, 2020.

Grief support Group

The Grief support group continues to meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Dianne Salsbery residence. (We have cancelled our Wed morning group.) Please know everyone is welcome and encouraged to come and see what we are about!

Montana Veterans Affairs

1-16. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, January 16, from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.

Senior Center Annual Membership Meeting

1-16. The Malta Senior Center will hold their Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, January 16 at 12:30 p.m. at the Citizens Center. All current paid members are invited, along with Board Officers and Directors, to vote for directors and president. Please call 654-1392 with questions.

Montana Range Tour Planning Committee

1-16. Phillips Conservation District will be hosting a Montana Range Tour Planning Committee meeting Thursday, January 16 at 1 p.m. at the PC Library basement. Anyone can be a part of this planning committee. The Montana Range Tour will be held in Phillips County September 9-10, 2020. For questions, please call Phillips CD District Administrator Jenifer Anderson at 654-1334 ext. 101.

Dueling Pianos

1-18. On Saturday, January 18, the Hi-Line Future Foundation (HFF) will be hosting Dueling Pianos with Jeff and Rhiannon at Malta City Hall with a social hour at 7 p.m. and the show starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 for single or $300 for a reserved table for eight people. Tickets available at all local banks, the Lucky Bullet, or through the HFF Facebook page.

Historical Society meeting

1-20. The Phillips County Historical Society Meeting has been rescheduled to be held Monday, January 20 at 1 p.m. at the Phillips County Museum. Please notice the time change! Everyone welcome!

District Honor Band & Choir

1-20. The District Honor Band and Choir meet will be held on Monday, January 20 at Glasgow High School Gymnasium starting at 6:30 p.m. There will be a small charge at door and all are invited!

Malta Kiwanis meeting

1-21. The Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, January 21 at 6 p.m. at Westside Restaurant. New members always welcome.

Bible Study Course

1-29. A 4-week Bible Study, "Facing Truth", by Joyce Meyer will begin Wednesday, January 29 at 7 p.m., at Grace Fellowship Church. God wants to show you truth about yourself and why you do the things you do, so you can change, grow and enjoy the great future He has in store for you. 811 MUCC meeting

2-27. On Thursday, February 27, Sen. Mike Lang will be holding a Montana Utility Coordinating Council at the GN starting at 6 p.m. The opportunity for contractors in the area to ask questions and receive answers about the 811 call before you dig program.
