MHS Class of 1970 reunion

To the Malta High School Class of 1970: Save the dates June 5 and 6, 2020 for our class reunion in Malta. No individual letters will be sent out so please spread the word!! Next planning committee meeting will be April 23, at 6 p.m. at VFW Club. If you have any questions, please call Carolyn at 654-2777.

Grief support Group

The Grief support group continues to meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Dianne Salsbery residence. (We have cancelled our Wed morning group.) Please know everyone is welcome and encouraged to come and see what we are about!

AG Candidate Bennion at the GN

2-5. Republican candidate for Montana Attorney General Jon Bennion will be at the Great Northern in Malta on Wednesday, February 5 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. for a meet and great.

Malta Legion Meeting

2-6. Malta American Legion Auxiliary will hold its regular monthly meeting February 6th. 6pm at VFW Club.

Dirt Daubers meeting

2-8. The Malta Dirt Daubers will meet on Saturday, February 8 at 1 p.m. at the PC Museum. Professional landscaper Ben Haugen will offer gardening and landscaping suggestions. Public welcome. RSVP Jane E. at 654 1866

Montana Veterans Affairs

2-13. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, February 13, from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.

811 MUCC meeting

2-27. On Thursday, February 27, Sen. Mike Lang will be holding a Montana Utility Coordinating Council at the GN starting at 6 p.m. The opportunity for contractors in the area to ask questions and receive answers about the 811 call before you dig program.

Local Work Group Meeting

2-11. You have been invited to participate in the Local Work Group meeting on February 11th from 9 to Noon @ the Phillips County Library basement and invited to submit any project ideas you have to help identify our priority resource concerns.
