P.C. Sheriff Lytle honors staff members

Sheriff Lytle had the honor of recognizing the dedication and service of several employees at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 31, 2020. Working in the law enforcement field is not an easy task and Sheriff Lytle took the opportunity to promote the individuals and thank them for their service to their community. The following personnel received their rank insignia as well as a certificate of promotion:

Patience Wiltse was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a Communications Officer for over 16 years. She was promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant Communications Officer.

Michael Traynor was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a past Reserve Deputy Sheriff and currently as a Communications Officer for over 7 years. He was promoted to the rank of Corporal Communications Officer.

Julisa Plouffe was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a Communications Officer for over 5 years. She was promoted the rank of Corporal Communications Officer.

Coleen Kautt was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a part-time Communications Officer for over 5 years. She was promoted to the rank of Corporal Communications Officer.

Nicholas Myers was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff for over 5 years. He was promoted to the rank of Corporal Deputy Sheriff.

Michael Gilkerson was recognized for working at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for over 13 years. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant Reserve Deputy Sheriff.
