MONTANA FISH, WILDLIFE & PARKS
Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is proposing to remove a small population of invasive goldfish using the EPA registered pesticide Prenfish which is safe to use for removal of unwanted fish, when handled properly. Invasive goldfish are proposed to be removed from an unnamed stock pond located in Upper CK Creek approximately one mile from Zortman, MT (T25N, R25E S21). The remote, 0.65 acre pond is located on private land. If the preferred alternative is selected, the project would be completed in the fall 2020.

OBJECTIONS

EXTENSIONS

RIGHT TO APPEAL
If you do not participate in Water Court proceedings, your right to appeal an adverse decision is limited by Section 85-2-235, MCA. Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents from the Engineer or through QuestCDN and must be shown on the plan holders list to be considered a responsive Bidder.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bid security made payable to the Phillips County Regional Airport Authority in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid price. The security may consist of cash, a cashier's check, a certified check, a bank money order, a certificate of deposit, a money market certificate, or a bank draft. The security must be drawn and issued by a federally chartered or state-chartered bank or savings and loan association that is insured by or for which insurance is administered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; drawn and issued by a credit union insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund; or a bid bond or bonds executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Montana.
Bidders are required to furnish a current Montana Public Contractor’s Registration. Subcontractors for work over $5,000 shall also be the holder of a Montana Public Contractor’s Registration of the proper classification.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract.
The proposed contract is subject to minimum wage rates as established by the Department of Labor for this project and are contained in the project manual.
Each Bidder hereby agrees to commence and complete the work under this contract within the time schedule indicated and further agree to pay as liquidated damages the sum as shown for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in the following schedule:

NOTICE OF PENDING ATTACHMENT OF A TAX LIEN

On Monday, August 3, 2020, the Phillips County Treasurer will attach a property tax lien to property on which the 2019 taxes are delinquent. The delinquent taxes, including penalties, interest and costs are a lien upon the property and that unless delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and costs are paid prior to August 3, 2020 a tax lien will be attached and may be assigned to a third party.
A complete delinquent list of all persons and property in the county now owing taxes, including all city and town property that is delinquent is on file in the office of the Phillips County Treasurer and is open to public inspection and examination.

SCOPE: Erect 50 X 60 X 16' Customer Supplied Building.
This building will include 6" roof and 4" wall batten insulation supplied with the building materials. Building will be of pre-engineered design with steel structure with PBR tin walls and one walk thru door. Vendor to receive, unload, and erect building per suppliers’ specifications. Vendor will also supply and install 200 amp electrical service panel with 6 115V outlets for overhead lighting and 6 115V wall outlets. Vendor shall design, supply and install frost protected foundation with 2' wide finished width with adequate footing for building columns. Interior of building floor will consist of packed gravel. Building will include three overhead doors. 2 - 12' X 12' doors and 1 - 12' X 14' door. Vendor to supply doors of at least 1.5" insulated sectional type, chain lift, with windows of similar design. Awarded Vendor will guarantee completion of project date as October 1, 2020.

This resolution shall become effective 14 days after publication of the second notice identified in the immediately preceding paragraph, unless appealed to the district court by a taxpayer in compliance with and as provided in § 20-6-604, MCA.
