Malta Club meetings are cancelled until further notice.

Home Schooling in Phillips County

If anyone is interested in home schooling they need to talk to Darlene Kolczak, Phillips County Superintendent of Schools in the basement of the Courthouse. any questions I can be reached at 654-2010 or cell at 390-1526.

Phillips County Library open

8-24. The Phillips County Library re-opened on Monday, August 24 for regular summer hours, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Drive-by School Staff Appreciation

There will be a drive-by School Staff Appreciation on Wednesday, August 26, from 4 to 5 p.m., at the parking lot of Bank of Malta.

Growing a Healthy Future- Soil Health Workshop

8-29 & 30. Growing a Healthy Future- Soil Health Workshop with Nicole Masters will be held on August 29 & 30th at the Tin Cup Bar and Grill from 9-to-5 p.m. Contact Patti Armbrister for more information 648-7400.

Montana Veterans Affairs

9-7. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, September 13, from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.
