Hi-Line Retirement ready for visitors

We are ready to open up visitation!

The following information provides instructions for Visits at Hi-line Retirement Center. These are temporary rules and only related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. This information will be updated periodically in response to new information or changing conditions.

Visitor and Support Person Guidelines at Hi-line Retirement Center:

In consideration of the current situation in our facility and community of no active positive COVID-19 cases, beginning September 1, 2020, limited visits held in our dining room will be available for family members of residents at the Hi-line Retirement Center in accordance with the following rules:

1. All visitors will be allowed in the dining room only during allotted times and must bring their masks. You will not be permitted without one. The screening will take place upon entry to the dining room.

a. Visits will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

b. Visiting times are 1:30 to 2:00 or 2:15 to 2:45. They are 30-minute visits and not to exceed more than 15 visitors at one time to maintain social distancing.

c. To serve as many residents as possible, families are asked to attend only one visit per week.

2. No more than two visitors will be allowed to visit a resident at one time.

3. An employee must bring the resident out and ensure the sitting arrangement is appropriate.

4. Any visitor who is sick is asked to not visit the resident.

5. Any visitor who develops symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within 14 days following the scheduled visit must notify the facility.

6. During a visit, residents and visitors must remain 6 feet apart.

Assisted Living and Apartments will follow the same guidelines but entry will be through the back door and visits will happen in the common area in Assisted living.

Thank you for your understanding, at this time we are following the guidelines set forth by Governor Bullock and hopefully, soon we will be able to open our doors to the public.
