Just over two weeks after the Phillips County Sheriff's Office announced an investigation following posts made on social media regarding a series of sexual assaults, Ernest Miramon, Jr. of Malta was served an arrest warrant and taken into custody last Thursday.
At 3:26 p.m., Miramon was arrested at his Malta home and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond having been charged with two counts of sexual assault, both felonies, in the Valley County Detention Center.
