This is to notify all interested parties that the PHILLIPS TRANSIT AUTHORITY is applying for $146,711.70 under the Montana Department of Transportation’s Operating Grant Program 5311. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public, elderly and persons with disabilities within Phillips County.

The application is on file at 311 S. 8th. Ave. E., Malta, MT. If requested, a public hearing will be held and public notice indicating the location, date and time of the hearing will be provided. This is to notify all interested parties that PHILLIPS TRANSIT AUTHORITY is applying for $100,000.00 through the Capital Assistance Grant. The Capital Assistance Grant is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and administered by the Montana Department of Transportation. FTA funds will be used for paving for a driveway, parking lot and sidewalk.

The Saco School District #12A & #12B announces the upcoming school election to be held on May 4, 2021. Two trustee positions are up for election with each a three-year term. The seats are currently held by Donni Linn and Joey Newby.
