One Nation, Under God

Loring News for April 14, 2021

Many of the farmers are in the fields whether fertilizing or planting, or both! The fields are dry and we could use some rain, that's for sure! Keep on praying and I know it'll come! Yes, the crocuses are blooming and I haven't seen the yellow bells, but I'll look again on Wednesday, and report back!

I'm so thankful that we continue to have our natural cycles to carry on the seasons and the changes in them!

Lu Besel and I went over to Rudyard on Saturday for a Montana Dinosaur Trail meeting. We had a delicious dinner at Inverness before we started back home. Buster stayed home and Cindy Clark put him in the house for the evening.

I gave two group tours on Wednesday at the GPDM. People are calling to come in while we are still closed. We try to accommodate them if we have a person to open up.

Jonnae Slade and Ellie Norville painted with me on Monday. We painted sunflowers and a spraying elephant!

I've been gearing up for the opening of the GPDM for the summer season. We’ll be officially open on May 1! Come on in to see some fantastic fossils!

Don't forget the Annual Gopher Shoot on May 1, at Loring. Register at the Loring Fire Hall.

Loring Lutheran Church will meet next Sunday at 9 followed by a short meeting to finalize some business.

Be aware of your natural surroundings and remember to be kind!
