March 23, 2021

1:20 a.m. Female reported a family member had been beat up by another male in Zortman; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:49 a.m. Male reported a possible fire northwest of the Wagner turnoff on Hwy 2; landowner responded to the call and did not locate any fires.

10:18 a.m. Male reported a female throwing things and yelling at a south Phillips Co residence; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:52 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:01 p.m. Female reported an abandoned bicycle in her yard; Deputy responded to the call and removed the bicycle.

12:33 p.m. Female reported her vehicle she reported as stolen had been returned.

5:40 p.m. Deputy served an MHP-Havre warrant on one adult female, Felicia Wood; female released on bond.

March 24, 2021

1:30 p.m. Individuals reported a license plate scam; Deputy handled the call.

4:00 p.m. Female filed a written complaint about vicious dogs in a residential/school neighborhood; Deputy and ACO handled the call.

5:46 p.m. Female reported a juvenile had run away from their residence; Deputy responded to the call; juvenile later returned home and was okay.

6:42 p.m. Female reported an assault between a male and another female that occurred the night before; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

March 25, 2021

8:36 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on an elderly male driving on Hwy 191 south of Zortman; Deputy responded to the call; Fergus Co also advised of the call; FCSO located the vehicle and the driver was okay.

2:16 p.m. Female reported missing medication; Deputy handled the call.

3:57 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:12 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.

4:36 p.m. Female reported a Social Security Number phone scam.

Several more calls received reporting Social Security Number phone scams.

9:10 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident near the old Armory building; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.

9:24 p.m. 911 received reporting “someone outside of my house” in Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; no one found in the area.

10:01 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

March 26, 2021

1:32 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

11:40 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

1:27 p.m. Female reported a Social Security Number phone scam.

1:38 p.m. Male reported a Social Security Number phone scam.

2:38 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported smoke south of the Sleeping Buffalo; location confirmed to be that of a controlled burn on the Bowdoin NWR.

4:45 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.

4:59 p.m. 911 received reporting a pronghorn with a bag on its head east of Saco; local Fish & Game Wardens handled the call.

7:13 p.m. Male reported a dog running loose in his neighborhood; information passed onto ACO.

7:24 p.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Saco area.

9:38 p.m. Male reported a possible assault in the downtown area involving another male and a female; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; suspect and victim not located.

March 27, 2021

12:48 a.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Zortman and Landusky areas.

1:01 a.m. 911 received reporting a power outage in the Whitewater area; information passed onto Big Flat Electric.

5:42 a.m. Blaine Co SO reported a vehicle pursuit in Blaine Co heading eastbound toward Phillips Co; Ft Belknap LE was also involved; Deputies responded to the call; pursuit ended in Blaine Co.

7:38 a.m. Male reported another male lying on the ground on Hwy 2, just past Frontage Road; Deputy responded to the call; male was trying to get to Poplar and had just been released from jail.

7:43 a.m. Female reported a vehicle “all over the road”, now heading westbound on Hwy 2 in Blaine Co; vehicle was parked alongside of Hwy 2 and pulled out in front of the call; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and Blaine Co SO.

7:56 a.m. Local Border Patrol Agent requested PCSO assistance with locating a vehicle that entered the US illegally; information passed onto Deputies; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

9:00 a.m. Female reported a male in the ditch east of Saco; caller advised the male had been checked out by PCSO and Valley Co SO was aware of him.

10:44 a.m. Local business requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving an employee who was being harassed; Deputy handled the call.

11:18 a.m. Local business requested PCSO assistance with a situation that occurred the night before involving individuals riding horses into the establishment; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:41 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:07 p.m. Female reported a “group of kids” playing and throwing rocks near an apartment complex; Deputies responded to the call; kids found to be playing a park and Deputies advised them to stop throwing rocks; juvenile’s parents located and notified.

4:35 p.m. Female reported small children playing near the canal and on the walk bridge; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles not located in the area.

6:27 p.m. Male reported a theft of livestock; Deputy responded to the call; case file started; information passed onto Livestock Inspector as well.

8:05 p.m. Loring FD reported they were responding to a possible fire; Whitewater FD also responded; fire later controlled and extinguished.

March 28, 2021

10:06 a.m. Reserve Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

1:00 p.m. Male reported a strong smell of smoke and haziness west of Dodson; Reserve Deputy confirmed the same report and checked around the area and south for a possible fire; no fires located.

5:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire east of Malta; Deputy and Malta FD responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.

10:03 p.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle accident on Hwy 191 south, near the Bear Gulch turnoff; Deputy, Undersheriff, Ft Belknap LE, local FD and Ambulance responded to the call; Ft Belknap LE transported two individuals from the location; fire and ambulance later canceled as this was not an accident; case file started.

March 29, 2021

9:09 a.m. Male reported a missing Medicaid card.

12:18 p.m. Male reported a vicious dog in his neighborhood; information passed onto ACO.

1:45 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call; request later canceled as the plane could not take off or land due to the high winds.

3:19 p.m. Female reported a fender/bender in the downtown area; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

9:23 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:49 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

March 31, 2021

1:31 a.m. 911 received reporting a male broke into the caller’s house and is trying to kill her; Deputy and Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

1:57 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Victor Lefdahl, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault by Strangulation, Burglary and Tampering with a Cell Phone charges.

1:45 a.m. Female reported a drunk male outside of her apartment yelling obscenities and throwing things; Undersheriff responded to the call; no one located in the reported area.
