Vehicle has not been used in several years.

Vehicle is parked on the west side of the Phillips County Courthouse and has Montana exempt plates

11-181 if you'd like to look at the vehicle.

The Phillips County Sheriff's Office makes no warranty as to the condition of the vehicle and reserves the right to refuse any and all offers. Sealed bids will be accepted until Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 5:00 PM.

Amended Notice of Close of

Voter Registration

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, due to a recent change in Montana law, late registration for the school election to be held on May 4, 2021 will close at 12:00 PM on May 3, 2021.

The late registration period began on Tuesday, April 6th. You may register for the election by appearing in-person at the Phillips County Election Office, 314 S 2nd Ave W, Malta until noon on May 3, 2021.

An audit of the affairs of Dodson School District 2A(C), Dodson, Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey & Associates, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020. The audit also covered the Extracurricular Fund for pupil functions which is included in the financial statements of the District. A copy of the audit report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the office of Mary Nordlund, Business Manager/District Clerk.

PUBLIC NOTICE

2021 MOBILE HOME TAXES DUE

2021 Mobile Home taxes in Phillips County have been mailed. Please check your tax statement over carefully. If you have not received your tax statement, please contact the Phillips County Treasurer’s office IMMEDIATELY at 406-654-1742.

The first half of all taxes levied and assessed will e due and payable before 5 p.m. on May 31, 2021. Unless paid prior to that time the amount then due will be delinquent and will draw interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from the time of delinquency until paid and 2% will be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty. (MCA 15-16-101)
