Circulation Manager/ Bookkeeper Position

THE NORTHERN WYOMING NEWS is accepting applications for a full-time circulation manager/bookkeeper. Duties include, but are not limited to: handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing and processing billing invoices and statements, managing newspaper circulation including subscription requests and payments, and working with the U.S. Postal Service, office clerical work, assisting customers. Marketing Assistant

The Buffalo Bulletin is seeking applications for a Marketing Assistant to work as part of our advertising and marketing team. This position will offer administrative support and fill in on essential tasks by providing general clerical tasks for the office like answering phones, organizing files, printing reports and sending outgoing mail. The Havre Daily News seeks a full-time press operator. The press operator will be responsible for operation and maintenance of a 4 unit Goss Community Press. Web Offset experience is a plus, but the right candidates without experience will be considered.

Experienced candidates will have experience in setting ink densities, registration, press make ready, and general press maintenance. This position in M-F, day shift.
