Simonson Sisters return to INFR in Las Vegas

Simonson Sisters returned to 2021 Indian National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas NV. Oct 19-23.

Kiana (Simonson) Davis earned her spot winning the Crow Fair Tour Rodeo, Crow Agency MT. August 19-22. Kiana won the long go and stayed on top in the short go winning the No. 1 spot in the average. Automatically qualifying herself a ticket to the INFR in Las Vegas.

Kiana had very consistent runs in Las. Vegas, 16.47 Tuesday night performance, 16.19 ( tipping a barrel turned into 22.19) Wednesday afternoon performance, 16.01 Thursday night performance, bringing Kiana back to the Consolation Performance Saturday afternoon. Kiana smoked her fastest run all week in the Consolation Performance 15.96

Keira Simonson earned her spot the next weekend at the Flathead River Rodeo, Polson MT August 26-28. Keira ran a 17.70 Thursday Night Performance winning the long-go, to come back in the short-go Saturday night performance (last barrel racer out, bottom of the ground) smoking a 17.49. Earning herself the average win! Which automatically qualified Keira a ticket to the INFR.

Keira had a good show in Las Vegas, Tuesday afternoon performance 16.74, Wednesday night 15.73 winning the round, receiving a buckle at the Buckle Ceremony. Friday night performance Keira ran a 15.98 earning herself a spot in the Saturday night Championship Performance. Keira ran a 15.82 placing 6th in the overall average!
