One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, January 19, 2022

The full moon greeted me this Sunday evening. The first full moon in 2022 is called the Wolf Moon, I don’t know why, I just read it on earthsky.org. The day was so sunny and clear! The temps for this whole week were above average. Our snow is disappearing slowly.

Carol Lumsden took a drive to Swift Current for a dentist appointment. She had no trouble going or coming. She did have a negative COVID test 48 hours earlier.

Cindy Clark, Jackie Lageson and I drove into Malta on Tuesday for physical therapy, shopping and lunch at the Tin Cup, where we were joined by JoAnn Hammond and Ree Simonson.

Cary Woodruff and I drove to Havre on Monday for eye appointments. We had a few stops and picked up Mexican food for supper.

On Thursday Cindy Clark and Jackie Lageson came over to Stordahl’s for an afternoon of painting. It was fun and we all painted different subjects. Then we got out my dot paint tools and tried them!

Loring Woman’s Club will meet on Wednesday at the home of Tina Russell at 7.

Have a safe week!
