We attended the rescheduled Frazer race on Tuesday, October 4, and the Malta Invitational on Saturday, October 8.
It was a full week for the girls. I ended up giving them Wednesday and Friday off for some extra rest days. They were feeling pretty heavy by Thursday. Both races had beautiful weather and great competition for the girls. There weren't as many runners as usual, but when you have Scobey and Glasgow at the meets it doesn't really matter.
In Frazer, Samantha Wisher finished in 4th place with a time of 21:19, Shelbi LaBrie in 6th place with a time of 21:37, and Ava Hanley in 38th...
