2023 PCH Christmas Festival Theme is Naughty or Nice

“Naughty or Nice” is the question and the theme for the 2023 Phillips County Historical Society’s Christmas Festival!

Since 2004, the festival has been celebrated and enjoyed by many. The Festival is happening NOW at the Phillips County Museum and will culminate with an enjoyable Christmas Social on the evening of Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
