Malta AAU Covers the Court; Sees close to 350 Wrestlers on Sunday

The Mustang Wrestling Club team hosted the 2024 Cover the Court AAU Wrestling Tournament at Malta High School last Sunday, January 27.

The PCN caught up to Malta AAU Head Coach Dustin Squires during the event.

"I think it is going great," he said. "It's the biggest tournament that we have had in three years. Our numbers are growing."

Around 350 wrestlers were present, representing 15 teams. Malta has a total of 85 kids in their Mustang Wrestling Club AAU program.
